The Government has just issued Resolution No. 79/NQ-CP on the proposal to draft amendments and supplements to certain articles of the Land Law, Housing Law, Real Estate Business Law, and Credit Institutions Law. The Government approved this proposal as suggested by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.

The Minister of Justice is authorized to sign the Government's proposal, requesting the National Assembly Standing Committee to consider and submit it to the National Assembly for inclusion in the 2024 legislative and ordinance development program. These laws will be reviewed under expedited procedures and approved at the 7th session of the 15th National Assembly.

The Ministry of Justice will report back to the Government at the next meeting. Previously, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha signed Directive No. 53/CĐ-TTg, requesting local authorities to accelerate the drafting and issuance of detailed regulations for the implementation of these laws, ensuring prompt deployment once they are approved and take effect.
