List of projects to attract investment using non-budget capital (2024 - 2025 and beyond):
- Includes 18 projects in fields such as industry, agriculture, culture, tourism, urban development, and commercial services.
- The total estimated investment is approximately VND 29.860 trillion.
Some major projects include:
- Vinh Long Administrative Center Urban Area (Vinh Long City) with an investment of around VND 14 trillion.
- Mang Thit Brick and Pottery Kiln Project (Mang Thit District) covering 3,060 hectares, with an investment of about VND 3.450 trillion.
- Con Chim Ecological Urban, Commercial, and Entertainment Area (Vinh Long City) covering 72.52 hectares, with an investment of approximately VND 8.600 trillion.
- Ward 8 Commercial Center (Vinh Long City) covering 4.22 hectares, with an investment of around VND 600 billion.
List of projects encouraging socialization:
Includes 2 projects:
- Cai Ngang Cultural, Sports, and Tourism Complex (Tam Binh District) covering 2 hectares, with an investment of around VND 30 billion.
- Household Waste Treatment Plant (Long Ho District) covering 7.63 hectares, with an investment of about VND 500 billion.
The Vinh Long Provincial People's Committee has tasked the Department of Planning and Investment with announcing and carrying out the procedures to select investors for these projects.
