The Da Nang City People’s Council has approved the planning of a 339-hectare eco-tourism zone in Phu Tuc Village, former Hoa Vang District, at a scale of 1/2,000. The area is located along National Highway 14G, bordered by hills to the north and south, and connects to popular tourist destinations such as Nui Than Tai, Suoi Hoa and Hoa Phu Thanh. The project is oriented towards sustainable development, leveraging biodiversity and natural landscapes, with an estimated population of about 1,000 people.

Key components include:

  • Adventure, eco-tourism, resort, and exploration areas.
  • Outdoor tourism along National Highway 14G.
  • High-end resort area at Núi Thần Tài Hot Spring Park (expansion and new area northeast of National Highway 14G).
  • Community-based ecotourism area at Hòa Phú Thành, Lái Thiêu, Suối Hoa, and Dốc Kiền (south and north west of the planned area).
  • Public service area for displaying, shopping for OCOP products, and trading agricultural products.

The Da Nang City People’s Committee has assigned the Management Board of Transportation and Agricultural Construction Projects and the Central Region Institute of Urban and Rural Planning to carry out the planning and provide project consultancy.
